AN Island concert pianist who has set up a new enterprise to help other professional musicians has been shortlisted for an international award.

Georgina Sutton, who graduated with a First Class Honours degree from the Royal College of Music in London, is currently teaching at the Jersey Academy of Music in St Saviour.

This week she is making a presentation in London and will be judged as one of five finalists in the international Deutsche Bank Award for Creative Enterprise 2016.

Miss Sutton's new business, AthElite Musician, combines TRX Suspension training with the Alexander Technique and nutritional advice, advising professional musicians how to survive in a physically and mentally demanding profession.
